Admission Requirements

 

1. Complete and file the Admission Form together with the following documents:

a) 2 x 2 Photograph

b) Copy of the Birth Certificate and the original to validate the copy

c) PediatricHealthCertificate

d) Immunization Certificate (PVAC-3 form) and any other form required by law.

e) Vision Evaluation (does not apply to PP)

f) Hearing Evaluation (does not apply to PP)

g) Copy of the Social Security card and the original to validate the copy.

h) School Transcript of each previous grade, including the current one (does not apply to PP and PK).

i) Evaluation of Conduct, recommendation letter or the equivalent signed by teacher or school principal.

j) Kindergarten Diploma for students entering First Grade.

k) Psychometric Evaluation or other when considered necessary.

l) Admission test

 

2. Student must be (18) months old for Pre-Pre.

 

3. Student must be 4 years old for Pre-Kinder, 5 years old for Kindergarten and 6 years

old for First Grade by October 31st of the current year.

 

4. Evidence of custody agreements, termination of paternal or maternal relationships or any legal document that is considered relevant and necessary for the safety of the student.

 

5. A minimum of 2.50 cumulative averages is required for new students.

 

6. An admission test is required for levels Kindergarten through Ninth Grade.

 

7. It is required that Parents or Guardians inform any physical, mental, emotional health or any family situation that could affect the academic performance of the student or his/her security.

 

8. The Application for admission does not constitute enrollment into the School.

 

9. Applications will not be accepted if they are not accompanied by the required documentation.

 

10. All new students are automatically entered into a probationary academic-disciplinary period.

 

Therefore, upon completion of the first semester, students will be re-evaluated to determine if they will continue in the School.
